The interview will cover details on how social work values impact a social worker in an elected position, the value of social workers in legislative positions and specific bills and legislation that was passed or blocked as is related to social work practice. Social workers will be educated on high impact areas such as vaccinations, freedom of information in libraries and efforts to stifle access to resources, transgender issues and interstate compact changes which impact social workers. 1.50 General hours.
