In this engaging, practical presentation, Mandy Broussard, LCSW, reframes documentation as a meaningful narrative process. Through real-world examples, storytelling techniques, and regulatory guidance, attendees will learn how to capture clinical effectiveness, highlight patterns and progress, and document with both clarity and compassion. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or just getting started, you’ll walk away with tools to write stronger, more intentional notes that reflect the depth of your work..
