Differentiate the roles of the treating clinician, independent evaluator, immigration attorney, interpreter, and client during an immigration-related evaluation.  5. Recognize ethical considerations involving informed consent, scope of competence, confidentiality, professional boundaries, cultural humility, and collaboration with legal professionals.  6.
