Outline principles of harm reduction and identify mitigation strategies within the harm reduction framework, including but not limited to Syringe Services Program, infection prevention, PrEP and overdose risks mitigation.  2. Describe the role of Clinical Pharmacist Practitioners in Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders clinics.   3. Identify barriers and challenges with patients seeking mental health and/or substance use treatment.  4.
