LA25PDW42:  Family Estrangement: Can We Do Better.  This virtual workshop will address family estrangement that has become so prevalent in our culture. This phenomenon is often reinforced or even introduced by premature assessment and misdiagnosis. There is frequently inadequate treatment planning. Therapists have a large responsibility during critical times in family crisis and inaccurate assessment and recommendations or guidance can facilitate a destructive family fracture.
