Increase the understanding of the Medicare Hospice benefits and the 4 levels of care 4. Differentiate the Myths from the Facts in End-of-Life Care 5.  Understand the role of the Social Worker in supporting patients facing a life-threatening illness and their families 6. Understand the role of the Death Doula.  2.00 Clinical hours.  Pre-registration is required to be awarded CEU credit.
